Opening on 8th May, this visually exciting show presents the work of 17 artists who employ drawing within their practice.

Based at Cross Street Arts in Wigan, all artists have responded to the medium and the eclectic mix of art on display, which includes printmaking, sculpture and textiles, highlights the many forms this traditional artform can take. The medium becomes 3 dimensional in Maria Walker’s sculptures and expands into an invitation to participate in Steven Heaton’s interactive installation.

Curated by Kat Button, ‘All About Drawing’ allows the public to see an often hidden part of an artist’s practice.
