I started making amulets and talismans in 2020 as a creative response to my feeling of helplessness as the severity of the pandemic unfolded. I collected objects from my daily walks and transformed them into objects of magical protection using these found objects and items I already had in the archive I probably started as a child. This is an ongoing project as I am always finding new objects to use.
